November 25 is the International Vegetarian Day, which originated from India in 1986; it was also called "World Meatless Day". It gradually  developed into a worldwide festival. On that day, many slaughterhouses around the world would stop slaughtering, canteens, hospitals and prisons, etc., will provide vegan food. Let's eat more vegetables instead of meat on this vegetarian day, so that we can protect  our environment and keep our healthy.

11月25日是國際素食日,是一個自1986年開始來源於印度的節日;原稱“世界無肉日”。漸漸發展為一個世界性節日。 11月25日這一天世界各地許多屠房停宰、飯堂醫院監獄等會供應全素食品。讓我們在這個素食日里,不吃肉,多吃素。保護自己的健康,也保護我們的環境。

While some people can't imagine a day without meat, others insist that a vegetarian is the best way to enjoy food and stay healthy. If you're still on the fence about diving into earth and animal-friendly menus, consider the benefits of adopting the lifestyle before making the final decision. Here’s a look at just ten benefits of being a vegetarian:
